Computer Labs

Main Computer Lab - 20 stations The main computer lab is a popular spot to work on projects outside of class. The lab is equipped with current-model, high-end PC computers, high-speed network and storage, an extensive collection of software - including statistical, financial, accounting, programming, and simulations software - printers, scanners and other equipment to meet student needs. The lab includes four group-project tables with three workstations each, larger monitors and the Adobe Creative Suite in addition to the software suite of the rest of the lab. The computer lab is located in the lower level of the building accessible to the main Atrium floor. Computer Classrooms Computer classrooms are designed to provide a teaching environment that develops specific business software expertise. In these classrooms, instructors can work with students to help them master the technology skills needed in their particular field, as well as learn how software assists in information gathering, analysis, and organization of material for presentation and effective decision making. There are five computer classrooms in the lab facility, with 20 seats. This classroom is blocked to support classes normally held in regular classrooms that need to use the lab for a week or more to develop specific software expertise for out-of-class assignments. Lab and classroom computers are all Windows + Intel-based PC models running Windows 7, 64-bit.
